    I am a proud Purdue University graduate with a degree in Financial Consulting and Advising, and I have spent the past eight years serving in director-level business operations management roles. During that time, I have led teams, strengthened internal systems, and built structured processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and long-term scalability. These experiences shaped my disciplined, detail-oriented approach to both financial management and operational strategy.

    I have always been drawn to data-driven decision-making and thoughtful process improvement. I believe that when business owners have clear financial insight and organized systems in place, they are able to lead with greater confidence and make strategic decisions that support sustainable growth. Strong structure creates stability—and stability creates opportunity.

My educational background reflects both strategic vision and analytical strength—two qualities that guide how I support growing businesses.

    With more than seven years of experience across human resources, payroll, and accounting, I bring a well-rounded understanding of how people, processes, and financial operations work together. I balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that daily systems run smoothly while long-term goals remain clearly in focus.
